What organic and natural flavorings do you carry?

We carry Frontier Co-op non-alcoholic flavorings in 2 oz bottles, including organic lemon, orange, peppermint, pure vanilla and Madagascar vanilla, plus almond, coconut, maple and peppermint. They're all-natural and glycerin-based, for baked goods, drinks and more. Are your flavorings alcohol-free?

Yes. Our Pure Vanilla Flavor is made without alcohol, from glycerine, water and vanilla extractives, and comes in 16 oz and 1 gallon sizes for serious bakers. Frontier Co-op's 2 oz flavorings are non-alcoholic and glycerin-based too, and organic ground vanilla is simply powdered vanilla bean. How can I add smoky flavor without a smoker?

Use Wright's Liquid Smoke, made from real condensed wood smoke, in hickory or mesquite. It's gluten-free and Non-GMO Project Verified, with no artificial colors, sugars, vinegars or salt, so you control the seasoning. Yes. We carry Thai curry paste in red and green. Each one is gluten-free and vegan-friendly, and it makes an easy base for curries, soups and marinades: sauté it in a little oil, then add coconut milk, vegetables and tofu or beans.
