Organic Coconut Milk Powder comes directly from fresh, organic coconuts and is spray dried, then mixed with organic plant-based ingredients so it easily dissolves in hot water or coffee. It's ideal for baking since it has a much longer shelf life than liquid coconut milk and does not require refrigeration. Our coconut milk can be used in sauces, smoothies, desserts, and wherever you want to avoid dairy milk but still enjoy a rich, creamy taste.

Directions:
Mix 3 tablespoons of coconut milk powder with 8oz of hot water and stir well. If using cold water, a blender, frother or a shaker cup will help the powder dissolve better. For a creamier, thicker milk simply add more powder.
