Some mornings call for something warm, nourishing, and a little bit indulgent without the fuss. These banana oat waffles are one of those recipes you’ll come back to again and again.
Made with simple pantry staples and naturally sweetened with ripe bananas, they strike that perfect balance between wholesome and comforting.
Blended oats create a hearty base, while coconut milk adds just enough richness to make them crisp on the outside and tender on the inside. They’re easy enough for a slow weekday morning and special enough for a cozy weekend brunch.
Finish them off with crunchy walnuts, a swirl of peanut butter, and a drizzle of maple syrup. Or take things up a notch with a scoop of vegan ice cream for a truly treat-worthy moment!
